ELABORATION:

Selected grapes separated by variety Lairen (55%) Moscatel (30%) Doradilla (15%). Soaking at cold temperature during 12-18hours. Only the flower must is used, extracted at a low pressure and decanted at cold temperature. The fermentation process takes place in stainless steel deposits with controlled temperature between 10-12ºC. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, it is kept with its sediments suspended during three months, in order to get a wine with more fat and volume in the mouth.

TASTING NOTES:

White Straw-colored with green iridescence. Clean and shiny, with oily aspect.

Clean and frank aroma with a high intensity in which predominate pip fruit, white flowers and an important recall of muscatel variety.

Light in the mouth and bright with volume and fat. There can be found an uncountable number of aromatic sensations. Long lasting and fresh after taste.

PAIRING:

It is also recommended with fish, seafood, salads, rice and vegetables.

Perfect with dried fruits such as hazel nuts, cashew nuts, etc. dates and olives or any other type of appetizer.

The optimum temperature for consumption is between 7 and 10ºC.
