Vine-strain: 100% Nebbiolo.

Vinification: long traditional fermentation for about 21 days.

Aging period: 36 months in big Slavonia oak barrels.

Colour: intense ruby-red, with garnet highlights.

Perfume: complex and intense, that remember liquorice and vanilla, with dried fruit scent.

Flavour: dry and full-bodied, harmonious with good persistence.

Alcoholic strength: ± 14% Vol.

Gastronomic coupling: refined wine; it is a proper accompaniment to the second red meat, especially braised or roasted meats, cheeses and elaborate dishes like fondue and truffles. It can be served at about 18°C.
