VINIFICATION:

Harvest night and manual at an altitude of 700 m. with a yield of 4000 kg per hectare. 3 months in French oak barrels plus 3 months in bottle.

TASTING NOTE:

Wine of soft tannins, with a good body. Color cherry vivid, purple rivet.

Balsamic smoky aromas predominate. Fruit notes that are found in a balanced way in this wine. It is an attractive and very tasty wine.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14º - 16ºC
