VARIETIES: Red Grenache - Syrah.

ALCOHOL CONTENT 13,5% vol.

VINIFICATION:

Fermented at a controlled temperature of 26ºC, with post-fermentation skin contact for 15 days.

Harvested by hand.

TASTING NOTE:

Reddish, cherry colour with purple hints, very lively, with intense, youthful aromas and notes of red fruit on a herbaceous background. In the mouth, it is warm, pleasant and meaty, very expressive, round and balanced. Long finish which lingers on with notes of black fruit on a sweet backdrop, making it very pleasant.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16º - 18º C
