Vinification:

White wine from a selected grapes collected in its

best state of maturity. After a slight cold maceration

we obtain by gravity the flower must for fermentation

in stainless steel tanks under very strict control

of temperature.

Tasting notes:

Bright yellow color with green hues. Aromas of

green apple, mint and hints of herbs. In mouth is

tasty, something sweet and with some almond

bitterness typical of the variety, which makes it

desirable.

Culinary notes:

A white wine perfect to accompany pate, tapas,

seafood and rice.

Recommend to Serve at 7 - 9 º C approximately.
