Vinification:

White wine from a selected grapes collected in its

best state of maturity. After a slight cold maceration

we obtain by gravity the flower must for fermentation

in stainless steel tanks under very strict control

of temperature.

Tasting notes:

Straw yellow color, almost golden. On the nose can

appreciate subtle notes of butter and dried fruits

along with slight hints of ripe fruits. On the palate

can distinguish mature walnuts and hazelnuts. This

is fruity and smooth wine.

Culinary notes:

This great white wine is perfect for seafood,

salads, snacks, etc. Perfect to drink anytime of the

day. Best served cold 7 º to 9 º C.
