Colour: Deep purple core with a purplish red hue.

Nose: Layers of fruit and spice on the nose are complimented by chocolate and savoury elements from oak maturation. Mixed red berry fruits and vibrant plum aromas dominate.

Palate: A rich and intense fruit palate is balanced with a soft tannin structure, oak spice and gentle white pepper. Dominating flavours are maraschino cherry and ripe red plums with hints of cinnamon and clove combined with chocolate, vanilla oak.
