VIEW: Cherry red colour with purplish tones and high depth.
NOSE: Elegant, fine, distinguished with a complex aroma of great quality, with hints of black forest fruit, plums and ripe cherries, blackberries, black pepper toast and minerality.
MOUTH: It is fleshy, with volumen, full of flavor. The notes of good aging appear in harmony with well ripened fruits with marked tannins but well polished. Good balance between alcohol acidity and structure. Long in the mouth and great persistence.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE: Between 16?C and 18?C.
PAIRING: Game meat, red, white and gelatinous meat, roasted and stewed, cured cheese.
