Winemaking: Born from the special grape variety Monastrell, whose selection, ripeness and fermentation are carefully controlled. This fact preserves its freshness, aroma and taste, so that Terreta Rosé leaves an unforgettable trace in the palate.

Maceration for some hours and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled

temperature for 7-10 days.

Vineyards: Between 10 and 15 years old. They are trellised, irrigated and cut in double guyot.

Soils: Heterogeneous, deep, franco-sandy and of average fertility. They are light soils,

which improve solar refraction; they are poor in nutrients and rich in active limestone, which does not allow for large yields but enables the plant to utilise the resources

available easily

Yield: 6500 kg by hectare - 2500 grapevines/hectare.

Grape harvest: With the outmost care, during the month of October.

Climate: Mediterranean climate with a strong continental influence, which makes it

particularly suitable for the correct ripening of the grapes, since after a dry and hot

summer, the ripening process finishes when the weather is still dry and there are large day to night temperature variations, which provide for an optimal ripening and a

greater concentration of fruit and aromas.

Colour: Intense and dark cherry colour.

Nose: Powerful aroma with fruit-bearing fund (black fruits and red currant).

Palate: Tasty, balanced and powerful with good fruit expression.
