heady, intense and balsamic scents of the Mediterranean scrub along the coast of Baratti. The nose is balsamic, full, fresh with intense aromas of Mediterranean scrub. Lentiscus initially prevailing, it soon opens up to a complex wheel of botanicals all present and well balanced. In the mouth, enveloping, dry, balsamic, with good warmth, it leaves a pleasantly savoury and clean finish.
